Rapidly Expanding Jelecos Acquires Imaging Services Corporation (ISC) Internet Services Division
The Company Completes Second Acquisition in 2004

OMAHA, Neb., (June 21st, 2004) – Jelecos, a hosting, development, and managed service provider, announced today the completion of its second acquisition within the last four weeks with its recent acquisition of the Internet Services Division and the hosting client base of Imaging Services Corporation (ISC).

Located in Omaha, ISC’s web hosting division provided Internet solutions including E-commerce applications, web hosting, search engine marketing, and web application services. ISC continues its core computer disk and tape duplication business.

Terms of the acquisition allow Jelecos to maintain a secondary data center location at IPR, providing Jelecos with additional capacity, redundancy, and flexibility to meet market demand for its extensive IT outsourcing solutions. Jelecos’ primary hosting center is located in the First National Technology Solutions (FNTS) technology center.
